MOTOROLA G8 POWER LITE FULL REVIEW,SPECIFICATIONS

Motorola launched Moto g8 power lite on may 28 2020.

This is an entry level smartphone from Motorola launched with a price of RS-8,999/-.It is available for RS-9,999/- now on flipkart.

Specs-

Design and build quality-

G8 power lite is a heavy phone weighing 200gms.The body is made of plastic with a matte finish on it.Build quality is not that impressive. 

Back of the phone is smooth because of the matte finish and there is a case and screen protector provided in the box.it has one single speaker on the back and usb type b port and mic at bottom.

Fingerprint sensor works well.

Display-

It has a 6.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 720×1600 pixels and aspect ratio of 20:9.display is not that smooth,colors looks natural sometimes get saturated.youtube videos lags sometimes and maximum resolution is 720p only.you can feel some roughness a while dealing with display.

It has ambient mode rather than moto display,but it lags a lot. 

There is google assistant ambient mode but it doesn’t work,if we search ambient mode in the search bar of settings it shows google assistant ambient mode but there is nothing in it,it is not showing in assistant settings too.

Performance and OS-

Motorola g8 power lite is powered with Mediatek helio p35 chipset.only 4GB  ram and 64GB variant available.This phone suits for day to day multitasking but not for gaming.Sometimes it lags while using banking apps,youtube.

Even refresh rate effects very badly.

This phone runs on android 9(launched in 2020 but still running on android 9),as we know motorola phones are bloatware free with stock android.

Camera-

Triple camera module-16mp main camera,2mp depth sensor,2mp macro lens.

Photos look dull and dynamic range is not good.HDR doesn’t work properly.

Overall camera performance is average.view finder is low grade.

Battery-

Motorola g8 power lite packs 5000mAh massive battery.

Battery backup is great with 10W fast charging support.

Conclusion-

Overall motorola g8 power lite is a choice at this price point.
