ZTE is working on a new lineup of phones, simply called ZTE S series. Ni Fei, Mobile Devices VP at the company, has posted an image of an upcoming phone, revealing the camera setup while talking about the color. Here it is:
The new phone will have four shooters, with the main one being 64 MP. The other three are unnamed, but we can easily guess one of them is an ultra-wide-angle snapper (the one beneath the main cam), while the other two will be macro + portrait cams.
The dual-LED flash also is nothing impressive, meaning the ZTE S phones might be a midranger lineup that will inherit the legacy of ZTE Blade. However, this is only an assumption – aside from the camera, we know literally nothing else about the new lineup and we hope we’ll learn more with time. However, we learned the next flagship ZTE Axon 30 Pro will have “three flagship cameras”.
The image appeared on the company’s Weibo profile, saying the ZTE Trinity setup will implement “more than two” flagship-tier shooters.
